Dormitory lodging is available to groups only. They come with or without full kitchen facilities.

Kitchenettes are available for individuals or small groups. Private bedrooms with shared living room, kitchen (fully equipped), and bathroom. These units have A/C and are comfortable and popular.

Mobile Homes are available in three different types: single wide 2 bedroom, large 2 bedroom and three bedroom. All but one are only available seasonally. We do keep a single wide 2 bedroom heated and available all winter.

Pet policy: $10 per night
Pets are allowed but not on the furniture please. No charge in RV. All pets must be declared and leased. Please pick up after your pet.
Dining Hall Meals
(Served for 30 minutes)
The Dining Hall is only open when we have active programs. Please select your meals when making reservations. Confirm any changes in group numbers with MSF office at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
No refunds on meals without 7 day notice.

Sept – 2021 – TBA– Join Harry Fuller for a full day in the Steens where we will go to the peak at just under 10,000 feet elevation.

Reservation Policies
50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Upon receipt of deposit check you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. Full payment balance due on arrival.
No Smoking policy in all buildings. Outside – stamp out completely and put in metal containers.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 6 AM. Please close curtains and blinds and turn off porch lighting to accommodate our dark sky viewers.
Check in time 4 PM – Check out time 11 AM
Cancellation Policy
10% processing fee deducted from all refunds.
Prorated refunds: 4+ weeks prior – 100%, 3+ weeks – 75%, 2+ weeks – 50%, 1 week – 25%, week or less – 0%.
A fee of 2% per month assessed on all past due accounts.
$25 NSF check charge.
We are located at 34848 Sodhouse Lane, Princeton, OR about 30 Miles SE of Burns.
